What makes Sumi's Cookies mostly natural and organic?
First, we bake from scratch, we bake in our home, and since we love baking, we bake with love, if you find that catchy. We don't spin our words or exaggerate our claims to make sales, so we don't claim "all-natural" or "organic" because most our ingredients are, not all.
Ingredients:
Regular Stuffed Cookies: Organic all-purpose flour, organic cane sugar, organic brown sugar, (choice of filling/topping are usually not organic), butter, pasture raised eggs, aluminum-free baking soda, and sea salt.
Gluten-free Cookies: Organic coconut flour, organic brown rice flour, almond flour, organic tapioca starch, organic cane sugar, organic brown sugar, (choice of filling/topping), butter, pasture raised eggs, aluminum-free baking soda, and sea salt.
Whole Grain Cookies: Organic whole grain flour (wheat), organic cane sugar, organic brown sugar, (choice of filling/topping), butter, pasture raised eggs, aluminum-free baking soda, and sea salt.
Sugar-free Cookies: Organic cane sugar and organic brown sugar are replaced with allulose and/or monk fruit mix.
